A refined set menu showcasing Il Bacaro signatures and seasonal highlights will be curated by Executive Chef David Dellai for your event, with guests tailoring their dining experience to taste.

 

Our extensive cellar of rare Italian varietals, French Champagne and more than 300 references will be at your fingertips, alongside sommeliers to guide you and keenly replenish glasses for many a toast.

Il Bacaro is available for exclusive hire during Saturday lunch service for groups of 24 to 30 guests, with service from 12pm-3:30pm.

All guests are required to dine on a $125pp set menu, which includes entrées to share, choice of mains, generous accompaniments, and shared desserts. Please view a sample menu below.

 

Upon booking, a consultation with our sommelier can be arranged to ensure you find the perfect drop.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. A 10% service charge applies on the day.
