Brûléed, butter poached, prosciutto-ed and even dusted on your dessert. From Tropical to Southern Rock, Executive Chef David Dellai and Head Chef Alex Tintori will showcase a different type of lobster and its perfect preparation across each of five courses, demonstrating the versatility of this veritable delicacy with expert insights provided by one of Australia's leading seafood suppliers.
Indulging diners in an evening of luxury, each course will be paired with Champagne, ranging from small batch boutique brands to limited releases from the French region's most iconic names. Tastings or the full glass? We'll leave that to you.
