Stretching from the towering Dolomite ranges to the Adriatic's sun-bleached, saline shores, the terroir of Veneto is as rich as it is diverse. In partnership with Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, join us on an exploration of the region's most beloved and rarefied vino, showcasing sought-after bottles of the finest Prosecco, Soave, Amarone, and more. Wines will be paired with an exquisite five-course Venetian degustation by Executive Chef David Dellai and Head Chef Alex Tintori, with Enoteca Sileno's Paolo Elisei sharing expert insights, and giving guests exclusive access to purchase pours for their home cellars.
